CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capability is suited to custom parts with complex profiles, pockets, holes, slots, and multi-surface features. We machine a range of engineering metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and brass, based on customer drawings and specifications.
For parts with multiple features and tight positional requirements, we focus on stable setups, tool control, and process consistency to help maintain dimensional accuracy across the complete component.

CNC Turning
Our CNC turning capability is suited to shafts, sleeves, bushings, threaded components, and other rotational parts where concentricity and dimensional consistency matter. We machine a range of metals for both prototype and production requirements, with process planning focused on stable repeatability across the full batch.

5-Axis Machining
Our 5-axis machining capability is designed for complex parts with multiple angles, deep features, and critical positional relationships. By machining more features in fewer setups, we can reduce repositioning errors and improve consistency across complex geometries.
This approach is especially useful for components that are difficult to complete efficiently with conventional 3-axis machining, where setup control and feature-to-feature accuracy are critical.

Prototyping and Production
We support projects from initial prototypes through low-volume and high-volume production. Prototype machining allows customers to evaluate fit, function, and manufacturability before moving into larger production runs.
As volumes increase, we focus on stable process planning, repeatability, and consistent quality across the batch. Production quantities and lead times are reviewed according to part complexity, materials, tolerances, and project requirements.
